Return Process

  Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit, as we can only refund items that arrive in perfect condition.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point or local Post Office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned cups, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
